Following article publication, Morgan McMonagle contacted the journal editors explaining they had not been asked to contribute to this manuscript, despite being the lead vascular surgeon on the case. The original version of this report is ultimately being retracted and replaced with this version, which incorporates Dr. McMonagle's photographs and feedback about the case, as well as lists them as a co-author. The revisions were reviewed and approved by the journal editors. The other authors apologize for excluding Dr. McMonagle originally.
